I like the Telok Kurau area, it feels very residential yet easily connected via the park network connector (PCN) direct to the East Coast park. My plan is to rise early to either ride/run along the beach often.
Have gone on 2 viewing sessions and not seen anything perfect yet, so far,
- Aquene : don't like the neighbours to the left (appears to be a chinese 会馆) and to the right (Buddhist temple).
- Costa Este :3 bedroom 850 sq ft. Very tight squeeze. Gives you a very cramped feel.
- Callidora Ville : didn't like the unit cos it's second floor, darkish and gives a very cramped feel overall.
- Blu Coral : don't like the odd shaped layout of the living room.
- Whitescape : newly TOPed, so brand new. But expensive and small. Like it overall except for the price & the combined laundry with kitchenette - feels too service apartment-ish.
- Axis@Siglap : didn't like the unit which overlooks directly into the HDB apartments next door.
Praying hard that the search be over very soon.
